Jenni Olowo
Executive DirectorJenni’s passion for serving orphans and vulnerable children began in seventh grade and came to fruition when she founded BCS Together in 2016. Jenni cares deeply about equipping the Church and local community to support children and families in the foster system.
Programs director Kara Baade
Through an eight year stint on staff with First Franklin Baptist, Kara honed the knowledge and skillset she uses everyday as the Program Director of BCS Together. Her heart for the vulnerable and hurting drives her to provide excellent support for local foster and adoptive families.
With a background in creative work and community engagement, Jimena is excited to use her skills in media and design to amplify the mission of supporting vulnerable children and families in the Brazos Valley, helping them feel seen and supported!

Laura Tilton
Operations DirectorLaura and her husband became licensed foster parents in 2016, and then permanent managing conservators of their daughter, and adopting their son in 2017. Laura is excited to support the local foster and adoptive community.
Julia Shaw
Assistant Programs director Julia’s involvement with MORPH, a student organization supporting the local foster community, sparked a calling to serve children in foster care. She is excited to pursue that calling through BCS Together by supporting families and caring for vulnerable children as the Assistant Program Director.
Kashlynn Smith
Closet AssistantWhen Kashlynn’s family kinship adopted her sister, it sparked a passion for child advocacy, which grew through serving on the foster care team at Fielder Church in Dallas. She joined BCS Together to serve families through practical support and the love of Jesus.
