We interviewed multiple kinship caregivers about their biggest needs and one rang true for all: loneliness.

In partnership with Oakwood Roots, we offer eight sessions of coaching for a kinship parent or counseling for a child in a kinship placement. These coaching sessions are designed to empower kinship parents, helping them thrive in their caregiving roles. We pray that with guidance from licensed professionals, children and caregivers are encouraged to build stronger, healthier relationships.

Your family may qualify for Kinship Coaching sessions! Email our Director of Programs, Kara Baade, at Kara@bcstogether.org for more information.
