Child Protective Services Support
CPS workers play a crucial role in helping children achieve permanency, yet they are often under-supported. BCS Together aims to strengthen and encourage child welfare workers through appreciation events.
Child welfare workers are overworked, overloaded, and interact on a daily basis with complex stories of abuse and neglect.
Many of these workers suffer from burnout and experience high turnover rates. BCS Together organizes small events throughout the year to show our appreciation for our local Child Protective Services office. Your church can be a part of it!
